Webmaster's notes:

I found Thomas' death registration on Scotland's People which gave his parents as John and Ann Fraser. The informant was William Jamieson, son-in-law, which would imply an unknown daughter. However at the same time I found the death registration for son Alexander which showed that he married Mary Jamieson. The informant here was Janet Jamieson, sister-in-law. I therefore believe William to have been Mary's brother.
I found Thomas & Mitchell in the 1861 census records living at 135 Skene Street, Aberdeen with their two unmarried daughters.

After finding the information posted by Bob Shepherd on WikiTree, I was able to update this family line and correct my assumption abour William Jamieson made above.

Bob has recorded the following information from census records:

Thomas was living with his wife & children at College Street, Old Machar, Aberdeenshire, Scotland in the 1841 census.

... was living with his wife & children at 167 Barron Street, Old Machar, Aberdeenshire, Scotland in the 1851 census.

... was living with his wife & 2 daughters at 138 Skene Street Old Machar, Aberdeenshire, Scotland in the 1861 census.
