The original website was hand crafted using html and css files I wrote from scratch. However with the widespread use of smart phones and tablet devices it became necessary to move to a responsive framework that would be usable on all sizes of screens.

So the content has been transferred to the current website which is based on "Bulma: a modern CSS framework". Bulma is a free, open source framework that provides ready-to-use frontend components that you can easily combine to build responsive web interfaces.
